Do you have a property emergency?

If you are one of our tenants and have a maintenance issue to report, you can do so using the MyProperty app we provide at the start of the tenancy.  If you do not have access to this yet then you can report issues by clicking the link below.

If the maintenance issue is an emergency and outside of office hours, then call the office on 02392 811854 and press the option for out of hours emergency to be put through to the out of hours contractors.
